This spacious apartment, carefully and fully renovated, features two full bedrooms—each with air conditioning—and is located right on the waterfront in the highly sought-after La Corniche neighborhood, making it the perfect place to enjoy a wonderful vacation. It features step-free access, which is a significant advantage since entry is directly from this elevated floor, and it’s less than a 2-minute walk from all the neighborhood shops (bakery, Carrefour Marquet, bar, tobacco shop, doctor’s office, etc.). Private access to the sea is available from the residence, and a beach where you can swim or relax is located below the residence (not directly in front of the apartment). You’ll have access to a loggia with this breathtaking, south-facing view, which extends onto a 22-square-meter terrace. The apartment offers the perfect setting to unwind after a day in the sun. The terrace features an electric grill, a lounge chair, a small seating area, and a large professional-grade umbrella to provide shade. The apartment is rated 4 stars; every detail has been thought of. Of course, the apartment is air-conditioned in every room and offers unlimited Wi-Fi via fiber optic internet!

Settle into the sofa (which can be converted into a bed for two with a real mattress) to gaze out at the sea or enjoy the amenities provided, such as Wi-Fi and a wide selection of TV channels. You can prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped—even over-equipped—kitchen, which naturally includes a large dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, and oven—and then enjoy them at the dining table, which seats 4 to 6 guests and is located in the loggia with a stunning view.

The apartment has two 11-square-meter bedrooms, each air-conditioned with its own flat-screen TV and large closets; one features a 160-cm double bed, and the other has two 80-cm beds that can be converted into a 160-cm bed, all with electric shutters.

The brand-new bathroom features a large shower and a washing machine. The toilet is separate. A completely new kitchen area has just been designed; it is spacious and functional, perfect for preparing meals for the whole family.

There is the option to set the alarm system in the apartment.

The apartment is fully furnished with high-quality pieces, such as teak. Every accessory has been carefully selected, ensuring high quality that far exceeds budget-level standards.

It is equipped with all the necessary cleaning supplies, including a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, and all cleaning products.

At the end of your stay, cleaning must be done by the tenant or can be arranged for 90 euros. You have the option of bringing your own linens (towels) or renting them for 30 euros per person. As for bed linens, you can also bring your own or rent them for 35 euros per bed. Each bed is equipped with 2 pillows, a bolster, and a comforter.

A security deposit of 1,000 euros is required upon arrival.

The apartment includes a garage (which is rare) located directly below the apartment (locked unit) in the residence’s garage (locked). It can be used to store your electric bikes, a roof box, or to park your car. A private parking space is also available in front of the apartment.

Smoking is not permitted indoors (including the loggia). Pets are allowed only upon prior request.

Description of the Surroundings

This apartment enjoys a prime location, allowing you to make the most of your stay in the region thanks to its excellent setting. You can do everything on foot—it’s a 20-minute walk to the center of Sète, with a lovely stroll along the Corniche, or a 10-minute bike ride via the bike path.

A bus line departs from the train station and stops 150 meters up from the apartment; all you have to do is let the bus take you down toward the sea. This same bus serves the port and the city center.

All shops are just a 2-minute walk away: The neighborhood known as “La Corniche” borders the city’s beaches; bustling in the summer, it offers several kilometers of sandy beaches between the sea and the Thau Lagoon, each with its own unique atmosphere, as well as a shopping street for all your daily needs. For those who enjoy it, a casino is located 150 meters from the apartment. The neighborhood is welcoming and very well connected to the city for more urban activities.

The town of Sète offers a wide variety of activities beyond the beaches: the Théâtre de la Mer, the Paul Valéry Museum, the International Museum of Modest Arts, annual jousting tournaments, canoeing along the canals, hiking to the summit of Mont Saint-Clair (panoramic view), scuba diving, swimming, windsurfing, tennis, mountain biking, cycling, horseback riding, fishing, rollerblading, water skiing, golf, sailing, and water sports… The beach in Sète is located 150 m from the apartment.

For seafood lovers, Sète is a fishing port, so the fish is very fresh. The oysters from the Thau Lagoon also enjoy an excellent reputation. Not to mention the many nearby villages that are definitely worth a visit!
