The residence

Safety
The residence is fully fenced, and all access points are secured. The sliding gate for vehicle access and the adjacent pedestrian gate are equipped with remote or contact-based control systems.
The same applies to the other gates providing direct access to the beach, as well as the glass door leading into the building. All are secured by a contact key fob or Vigik system.
Your vehicle will not be left out in the open; it will be protected from theft, dirt, or vandalism, as it will be parked and sheltered in a closed underground parking garage.
In addition, the residence is constantly monitored by a security guard who is at your complete disposal. No outside intrusion is possible. Security is paramount for a relaxing stay where you can feel at ease and rest easy.
