The Sainte-Maxime Park Residence
Built between 2005 and 2006, this is a pleasant complex consisting of apartments and villas. Most of the units are occupied year-round by residents or used as second homes, giving the complex a calm and authentic atmosphere, far removed from the hustle and bustle of highly touristic vacation resorts.
Situated on a slightly elevated hillside, the residence enjoys a beautiful, unobstructed view of the hill across the way, offering a peaceful and lush setting.
The downtown area of Sainte-Maxime and its beaches are approximately 1.8 km (a 25-minute walk) or 2 km by car. The magnificent beaches of La Nartelle are 2.7 km away. Note that you’ll also find beaches right in the city center. A bike path running from the residence to the city center makes getting around easy, and electric bikes are available for rent.

Residents have access to a shared swimming pool (6 × 12 m, depth 80–160 cm) open from May 1 to September 30. A children’s pool is located nearby, as well as outdoor showers, perfect for cooling off after a sunny day.

Safety and Parking
The estate covers 7 hectares and is fully enclosed and secured, with two electric gates. In addition to private parking spaces, there are plenty of visitor parking spaces available.
Directions and Transportation
Since the residence is located on a hill, it is not ideal for people with limited mobility, and a car is recommended (except for the Les Mimosas apartment).
A Sainte-Maxime minibus stop is located just below the residence. It provides easy access to downtown or the beaches of La Nartelle for €1 per trip, with buses running approximately every 30 minutes.
